The second NC Modernist House Tour of the year takes place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 26, offering a chance to visit eight private homes and a farm featuring new and midcentury Modernist structures in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
Ticketholders will meet in Research Triangle Park before boarding a luxury tour bus to visit the homes and farm and meet many of the architects who built or renovated them.
Tickets are $159-$179 and include coffee and bagels, lunch, a USModernist tote bag with snacks, bottled water, free Wi-Fi and the comfort of a restroom-equipped, air-conditioned bus.
